1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter – "Terms") govern the rules for using the orbita.az website (hereinafter – "Site"). The Site is owned by "Orbita" MTK (hereinafter – "Company").
1.2. By using the Site, the user confirms full agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you should stop using the Site.
1.3. These Terms have been drafted in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Electronic Commerce", "On Protection of Consumer Rights", and "On Personal Data".

2.1. Information about projects, apartment areas, layouts and prices posted on the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute a public offer.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to change information on the Site without prior notice. For accurate information about a specific apartment, price, and terms, please contact the Sales and Marketing office.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. The design, content, logo, texts, images and other materials of the Site belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders and are protected by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Copyright and Related Rights".
3.2. Copying, distributing, or using the Site's materials for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited.
4. User Obligations
4.1. The user undertakes to use the Site solely for lawful purposes.
4.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of information (name, phone, email) submitted through contact forms.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Site.
5.2. The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site beyond the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
6. Protection of Personal Data
6.1. The collection and processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".
7. Amendments to the Terms
7.1. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
8.2. Disputes arising from the Terms are resolved through negotiation, and if this is not possible, in the relevant court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
